Daynil Fusion provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows businesses to embed intelligent chat widgets on their websites and connect them to APIs, CRMs, and e-commerce systems.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use most features of our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in INR. All prices are inclusive of 18% GST. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Daynil Fusion platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Daynil Fusion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daynil Fusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
